dosfstools-dbg software package provides utilities for making and checking MS-DOS FAT filesystems (debug), you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install dosfstools-dbg
dosfstools-dbg is installed in your system.
Make ensure the dosfstools-dbg package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep dosfstools-dbg *
You will get with dosfstools-dbg package name, version, architecture and description in a table
